Lodging

StoneCreek lodging accommodates up to 36 people. We would love to host your family reunion, special party, or corporate outing.Catered meal service is available. Please give us a call to discuss your specific needs.

Nightly Rates

2 Deluxe Cabins - Sleeps 4 to 6. Queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms, and 1 futon in the living room,1 full bathroom. Price is for the first 4 persons. Extra per charge $15 per night.

Cowboy Apartment- Sleeps 4 to 6 persons, 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, full private bathroom, and full kitchen. Overlooks indoor arena. Prices for first 4 persons. Extra person charge $15 per night.

8 Cowboy Guest Rooms
Each room sleeps 2, has its own sink vanity and shares a toilet/shower with adjoining room. Includes use of our large lounge, dining, conference area, full kitchen and an indoor activity room with basketball and ping pong.

$95 per night per room (2 room minimum) or rent all 8 rooms for $680 per night

Cancellation Policy
A credit card is needed to hold your reservation. If you do not have a credit card, a 50% deposit is required. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice there is a 50% cancellation fee. With less than 14 days notice there is a 100% cancellation fee. Some exceptions.

Non-Smoking Facility
All our cabins and guest rooms are non-smoking.

No Pet Policy
Sorry, for a number of reasons we cannot allow pets of any kind, no exceptions made!

Extra Persons
Extra persons $15 each. Children 2 years old and under stay free.

There is a 9% Sales Tax.

Meals

We can cater meals to groups of 6 or more. Call for details and rates

Horseback Riding

Basic Ride - $55 - Basic ride is at least 1.5 hours, includes horsemanship instruction and a trail ride. Age limit 8 years old. Some exceptions apply for 6-7 year olds.

Bring Your Own Horse

$40 per night - includes the use of our indoor and outdoor riding arenas, Cowboy Race Course, trails and an indoor stall. Current Coggins required.

Horsemanship with Arvell

$135 per person. 2 hours of expert horsemanship lessons with Arvell Bass from beginner to advanced riders. Arvell will meet you where you are at in your riding ability and move you forward to a better level. Use your own horse - $120 per person.

The Horsemanship Experience - Our Most Popular Package!
Can include a cattle drive and the Cowboy Obstacle Course!
Includes lodging in a deluxe cabin, 2 horseback rides per day, one that includes expert horsemanship instruction to improve your relationship with horses and become a better rider. Some topics covered: Develop feel to become one with your horse; Become a leader and gain your horse's respect; improve your seat, and learn to really ride well.

Rates based on Cabin Lodging (3 night minimum) includes continental breakfast.

Includes deluxe cabin, 2 horseback rides per day, plus basic horsemanship instruction.

Couples Only! $395 per couple

Impress your significant other with this romantic getaway! Includes 2 nights in a cozy cabin, bottle of champagne or wine, gift basket, continental breakfast and 2 horseback rides.

Women's Adventure Package - (4 persons minimum) $395 per person - Body and Mind Awareness using horses and yoga - Includes 2 nights lodging, 5 healthy meals plus snacks, a one on one lesson with a professional trainer,plenty of riding in the arenas and on the trails and a yoga class.

Spa Package for 2 -$395

Includes 2 nights in a cabin, continental breakfast, wine or champagne and 2 massages.

Add a horseback ride for $50 per person.

Girls Night Out! ( 4 persons minimum) $195 per person

Get your friends together for a night out at the ranch!

This package is only $195 per person and includes: 1 nights lodging, dinner with wine, continental breakfast, gift, a chair or foot massage, and a horseback ride.

3 Day Theme Packages - 4 persons minimum.

Fun and educational! Starting on Friday morning and ending Sunday after lunch.

#1 - All About Trail Riding -

$480 per person using your own horse

$630 per person using our horse

Includes lodging, stall, dinner on Friday/Saturday, a mini trail clinic, trail trials ( a fun trail competition), the Cowboy Obstacle Course and lots of trail riding including a beautiful ride to the White River!

#2 - All About Cattle

Nothing but cattle and lots of fun! Includes lodging, stall, dinner Friday/Saturday, handling cattle horseback, team sorting, basic roping and ranch cutting. No experience with cattle or roping necessary.

The following activities can be added to any vacation package:
Guided fishing for 2 people- Full day -$250 Half day - $175

Canoeing - $50 for 2 people;
Pontoon rental – 25’ Pontoon with sundeck – seats 12 persons - $240 per day

Massage Therapy in the privacy of your cabin - $60 per person (1 hour).
